You will translate product requirements and high-fidelity designs into performant, maintainable front-end code, while mentoring junior developers and driving engineering excellence.

You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences across web and desktop platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Apply AI-powered development tools to boost quality, velocity, and consistency in day-to-day development (e.g. Cursor).

- Own end-to-end implementation of front-end features and modules with minimal supervision.

- Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring to align product, engineering, and team goals.

- Take full ownership of delivery outcomes, including edge cases, performance, and post-release stability

- Independently troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and implement long-term fixes

- Stay current with the latest AI/tech advancements and proactively share relevant tools, workflows, or insights with the team to enhance productivity and foster a learning culture.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in B2B products.

- Solid experience in Angular(v14+ preferred) or React.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong feature ownership mindset able to estimate accurately, plan iterations, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

- Ability to troubleshoot and disambiguate issues independently, applying both creative thinking and technical

rigor.

- Effective communicator who practices clear documentation, proactive collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
