Role Overview :

Were hiring a Frontend Engineer to build production-grade healthcare applications used for clinical review, operational workflows, and audit-driven decision support. This role is for engineers whove worked on real-world frontend systems and understand that in healthcare, frontend engineering is about correctness, performance, data discipline, and controlled PHI exposure not visual polish.

What Youll Do :

- Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js (React)

- Develop workflow-driven UIs for clinical data, eligibility, and authorization flows

- Build document-heavy interfaces (PDFs, OCR, annotations, evidence review)

- Integrate AI-assisted outputs with confidence and auditability

- Manage complex state, async data flows, and partial responses

- Work closely with backend teams on API contracts and data exposure control

What You Should Already Know :

- Production frontend performance and failure modes

- Client vs server responsibility tradeoffs

- Rendering and state management at scale

- Building deterministic, testable UIs

Tech & Context :

- Next.js, React

- Data-dense tables, workflow UIs, document viewers

- FHIR-derived healthcare data (or strong ability to learn)

- OCR and AI-assisted data presentation

Security & Compliance (Must-Have) :

- HIPAA-aligned frontend practices

- Minimal PHI exposure in the browser

- Role-based access control and audit-friendly UI flows
