Frontend Developer - Vue.js

Role:

We are looking for a UI Lead (Vue.js) with 8+ years of experience in front-end development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Immediate joiners preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

- Vue.js

- HTML5, CSS3 (with SASS/LESS)

- JavaScript (ES6+)

- Any UI Testing Framework (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and collaborate with developers and designers to build modern web/mobile web applications.

- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries using Vue.js.

- Design and develop the presentation layer and ensure seamless integration with APIs.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.

- Optimize UI components for performance and cross-browser/device compatibility.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

- Maintain high code quality through testing and reviews.

- Work with Communications, Marketing teams, or external design agencies as needed.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in building responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Hands-on expertise in CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- Strong knowledge of Vue.js and its ecosystem, including component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and state management.

- Familiarity with REST API integration in front-end applications.

- Experience with npm and build tools like Webpack, Gulp.js, or Grunt.

- Exposure to writing UI test cases using any modern framework.

- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

- Ability to work in Agile environments and deliver large-scale applications.
