Role : Senior Front-End Developer

Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Experience Level : 6-10 years

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to build intuitive, high-performance web applications using modern React-based architectures. In this hybrid role based in Gurugram, you'll collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead front-end development for complex React.js applications, implementing component-based architectures and optimizing for performance.

- Design and develop responsive UIs across devices using HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

- Manage application state effectively with Redux, ensuring predictable data flow in large-scale projects.

- Collaborate with designers using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate wireframes into production-ready code.

- Write comprehensive unit tests to maintain code quality and facilitate CI/CD pipelines.

- Mentor junior developers on best practices in TypeScript, React patterns, and responsive design principles.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Languages : JavaScript, TypeScript (6+ years proficiency)

- Core Framework : React.js (expert-level, including hooks and context)

- Styling : HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS; Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI

- Design Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI collaboration

- State Management : Redux (actions, reducers, store integration)

- Testing : Unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

- Experience : 6-10 years in front-end development; proven React projects

- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive, production-grade React applications.

- Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite/Webpack) and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Next.js or React ecosystem tools.

- Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards and PWAs.

- Hybrid work adaptability with excellent communication for cross-functional teams.
