Frontend Developer - React.js/TypeScript

Key responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and patterns using React and TypeScript.

- Implement Fluent UI components and integrate Motif design tokens/patterns to match design system guidelines.

- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive behavior across browsers and devices.

- Write unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and implement Storybook for component documentation.

- Collaborate with UX/design to translate prototypes into production-ready components.

- Optimize front-end performance and diagnose rendering issues.

- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and support release activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices.

- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with Fluent UI for building enterprise UI components.

- Experience working with Motif design system for consistent UI styling and layouts.

- Good understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
