Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Front-End React Developer with 5 to 7.5 years of experience in building responsive, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript, and front-end technologies, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7.5 years of experience in front-end development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Redux Toolkit.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs using Axios or Fetch API.

- Familiarity with TypeScript is an advantage.

- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel.

- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.

- Knowledge of Material UI, Ant Design, or similar component libraries.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Basic understanding of Node.js and frontend build pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
