React Frontend and Architect - 4+ To 10+Years

Position Overview :

Seeking a senior React architect to lead frontend architecture and development. This role requires expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and ability to design scalable, maintainable frontend systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable React applications

- Establish frontend development standards and best practices

- Lead technical decision-making for UI/UX implementation

- Mentor frontend development team

- Collaborate with backend teams for API integration

- Ensure performance, accessibility, and security standards

Required Technical Skills :

- React : 5+ years with React, Redux, Context API, Hooks

- JavaScript/TypeScript : Expert-level ES6+, TypeScript proficiency

- State Management : Redux, Zustand, MobX, complex state patterns

- Build Tools : Webpack, Vite, Rollup, module bundling optimization

- CSS : Styled-components, CSS-in-JS, Sass, responsive design

- Testing : Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, E2E testing

- Performance : Code splitting, lazy loading, performance optimization

- Architecture : Component design patterns, microfrontend architecture

- APIs : RESTful integration, GraphQL, real-time communications

- Tools : npm/yarn, Git, modern IDE/debugging tools

Required Experience :

- 5+ years frontend development with 4+ years in React

- Experience with large-scale, complex applications

- Leadership and mentoring experience

- Experience with financial/transactional UIs preferred
