About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Next.js to join our dynamic technology team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring adherence to Agile and SDLC best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, coding standards, and development frameworks (e.g., SDLC, Change Management, Risk & Security).

- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and version control.

- Identify opportunities to improve the quality, performance, and efficiency of front-end applications.

- Apply strong judgment to make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous or challenging situations.

- Guide the development team on Agile/Scrum best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

- Support and educate the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

- Assist in removing project impediments and promoting a collaborative, self-organizing team culture.

- Promote innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend and full-stack development.

Technical Expertise :

- React.js Expert level proficiency (Primary skill)

- Node.js Strong backend integration experience (Secondary skill)

- Next.js Hands-on experience with server-side rendering and optimized frontend delivery

- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience in building scalable and high-performing web applications

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and development tools such as Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team success

- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and code quality
