What Youll Do :

As a Frontend Engineer II, youll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform from the ground up. Youll :

- Build and own major features - often fi rst in industry - from concept to production

- Lead the design and development of beautiful, fast, and functional UIs

- Translate complex workfl ows into intuitive user interfaces

- Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and business leaders

- Create reusable components and establish frontend architecture best practices

- Optimize performance for real-time, data-heavy interfaces

Who You Are :

Youre not just an engineer - youre a product thinker who obsesses over UI/UX and cares

deeply about the craft. You have :

- 3-6 years of experience building modern frontend applications

- Deep knowledge of React.js and state management frameworks.

- Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (or CSS-in-JS frameworks), SCSS

- A habit of consistently improving your own productivity using AI coding assistants

- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and performance optimization

- A strong eye for designeven if youre not a designer

- Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data handling

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

- The ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

Bonus if you have :

- Experience with data visualization tools like Recharts, D3, or Chart.js

- Worked on admin dashboards, analytics-heavy products, or collaborative SaaS tools

- Exposure to the manufacturing / industrial / supply chain domain

- Contributions to open-source or side projects that show off your skills
