Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building clean, maintainable code, optimizing user experience, and mentoring junior developers. Youll play a key role in shaping product architecture and driving frontend excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build reusable, maintainable UI components with a focus on performance and responsive design.

- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.

- Write and maintain unit tests, component tests using React Testing Library, and implement integration tests using Cypress.

- Maintain UI components and design systems using Storybook, ensuring consistency across the application.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best

practices.

- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks related to rendering, state management, and

client-side performance.

- Implement frontend performance optimization techniques like code splitting, lazy loading,

and efficient state management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficient in TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, React Router, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Solid understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming patterns.

- Hands-on experience with React Testing Library, Jest, and Cypress for testing.

- Experience maintaining component libraries and documentation using Storybook.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend performance optimization techniques.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum development processes.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud environments.

- Understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices.

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal portfolios showcasing React work
