About the Role :

Were looking for an experienced Frontend developer - Lead with a strong grasp of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to both frontend and backend concepts, including working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data structures & algorithms (DSA), and Git-based workflows. Experience in SaaS product development will be a great plus.

What Youll Do :

- Take ownership of designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications.

- Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing UIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.

- Establish best practices in frontend architecture, state management, and design systems.

- Implement efficient rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, RSC) for speed and SEO optimization.

- Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver robust solutions.

- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and foster engineering excellence.

- Ensure smooth integration with APIs and databases (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB).

- Debug and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.

- Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

- Expertise in state management tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.

- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.

- Knowledge of memoization and performance tuning techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices.

- Solid grasp of DSA concepts and backend fundamentals (REST/GraphQL APIs).

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).

- Experience building or contributing to SaaS platforms.

- Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven experience in leading frontend teams or mentoring engineers.

- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.

- Prior work on AI-based or SaaS-driven products.
