Role Overview :

As a Frontend Developer at Crest, you will be responsible for translating product vision into engaging, user-friendly interfaces. You will own feature development end-to-end, from design implementation to performance optimization. The role demands a problem-solver who can balance speed with quality, actively contribute to architecture discussions, and ensure our product scales smoothly while delivering exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, test, and ship user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)

- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web experiences.

- Integrate frontend with REST/GraphQL APIs and collaborate closely with backend engineers.

- Optimize performance for speed, accessibility, and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with unit tests.

- Take ownership of features end-to-end : from design discussion to production deployment.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 2-4 years of frontend development experience, preferably in product-first startups or fast-scaling tech companies.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (or Vue/Angular), with strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern build tools.

- Passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and seamless user experiences.

- Demonstrates strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.

- Experience working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers in agile environments.

- High-agency individual who thrives in early-stage settings, takes ownership of features end-to-end, and iterates quickly based on user feedback.
