Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong UI development skills and expertise in JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and modern frontend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing user interfaces, resolving application defects, handling customer escalations, and delivering high-quality frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance user interfaces using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and related UI technologies.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated application solutions.

Defect Resolution and Troubleshooting :

- Identify, analyze, and resolve frontend application defects.

- Investigate technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

- Work directly with customers to understand reported issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure effective communication throughout the resolution process.

Application Maintenance and Optimization :

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability.

- Conduct debugging, testing, and code reviews to maintain code quality.

- Identify opportunities to improve existing UI components and application functionality.

- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Collaboration and Delivery :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

- Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution design.

- Ensure timely delivery of development tasks and defect fixes.

- Support application releases and production issue resolution as required.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in frontend or UI development.

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and Angular.

- Excellent knowledge of HTML and modern UI technologies.

- Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise web applications.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with customers to resolve defects and handle escalations.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
