Job Description

Position : Front-End Developer (Angular)

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and Develop: Lead the design, architecture, and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using Angular 10+.

- Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code. Champion best practices for front-end development, including comprehensive code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

- Collaboration: Work in close partnership with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate complex requirements and mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect features.

- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging user experience across all devices and browsers.

- Stay Current: Continuously evaluate and implement new front-end technologies and methodologies to maximize development efficiency and application performance.

Required Skills :

- Angular Expertise: Proven, in-depth experience with Angular 10+, demonstrating a strong understanding of its core principles, component-based architecture, RxJS, and the broader ecosystem.

- Web Technologies: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- State Management: High proficiency with state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita.

- Testing: Solid experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma to ensure application reliability.

- Build Tools: Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and the Angular CLI.

- Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow).

- Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience working and thriving in an Agile/Scrum development process.
