Frontend Arts - Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle Customer Data Management

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementations of the Oracle CDM module as a techno-functional consultant, ensuring successful delivery of data management solutions.

- Implement, configure, integrate, and support Oracle CDM modules within Oracle Cloud Applications environments.

- Perform hands-on development and administration of Oracle CDM tools and technologies including deduplication, account/contact merge, data transformations, and data quality management.

- Design and modify data structures, data stores, and provide support for ad-hoc client data requests.

- Utilize SaaS extensions such as Groovy scripting, Application Composer, and configure data integrations to meet business needs.

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements for data quality and customer insights.

- Conduct detailed requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, onshore and offshore teams, and project managers throughout all phases of implementation.

- Provide support for Oracle Sales Cloud integrations and other related modules to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle CDM.
