- Design, configure, and optimize Oracle FCCS solutions to support financial consolidation, eliminations, intercompany processing, and reporting across multiple subsidiaries.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance calculation scripts, business rules, and metadata management within FCCS and other Oracle EPM applications.

- Administer EPM Cloud environments including patching, performance tuning, security management, and user provisioning.

- Collaborate closely with finance and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Support month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS.

- Develop and maintain integrations using FDMEE, REST APIs, and perform data analysis and reporting using Smart View.

- Utilize Groovy scripting for automation and customization within Oracle EPM applications.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to optimize application efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- 57+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically FCCS, with additional exposure to PBCS and HFM.

- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.

- Expertise in developing calculation scripts, business rules, and metadata management.

- Experience administering Oracle EPM environments: patching, performance tuning, security, and user provisioning.

- Proficient in Groovy scripting, REST APIs, FDMEE integrations, and Smart View.

- Good understanding of month-end close procedures, financial statements, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across finance, functional, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field.

- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
