Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules including Account & Contact Management, Assistant Agent Billing Care, Order Management, and EAI.
- Develop and maintain Siebel Scripting / Open UI customizations for business requirements.
- Work on Siebel Workforce Management, PRM / Dealer Management, Field Service, and BI Publisher Reports.
- Participate in Siebel CRM implementation, upgrade, and support activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver Siebel solutions aligned with telecom industry needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel configurations and integrations.
- Support RODOD (Rate of Discount on Demand) Implementation (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5 - 9 years of experience in Siebel CRM configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Account & Contact Management and Assistant Agent Billing Care.
- Proficient in Siebel CRM Scripting / Open UI, Order Management, and EAI.
- Experience in Workforce Management, PRM / Dealer Management, Field Service, and BI
Publisher Reports.
- Exposure to Siebel Version 20.xxxx or above preferred.
- Telecom industry experience is mandatory.
- Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred :
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with integration projects and large-scale Siebel deployments.
