Responsibilities :

- 6+ years as a Subject Matter Expert with hands-on implementation and PUM/Tools upgrade experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.

- Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in at least 5 modules from Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, and Self Service.

- Completed minimum 3 full lifecycle Campus Solutions implementation/upgrade projects.

- Lead clients through all SDLC phases including requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, Fit/Gap analysis, business process mapping, configuration, testing, and providing best practice recommendations.

- Design and maintain interfaces with external systems; monitor Integration Broker; working knowledge of SQL, PS Queries, and system integrations.

- Gather and document business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and prepare functional/technical specifications for enhancements.

- Develop and execute test scripts, ensure quality assurance, and support UAT.

- Additional working/integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Finance, ELM, and web services.

- Preference for experience in University/Higher Education environments.

- PeopleTools Certification is an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred.
