Frontend Arts - Oracle VBCS Consultant - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and manage Oracle Integrations and Customizations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and Application Testing Platform (ATP) within Oracle Fusion Applications.

- Deliver end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud projects with a minimum of 6 full lifecycle implementations.

- Develop solutions for Oracle business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R).

- Utilize strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills and experience with Visual Studio for solution customizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and onshore/client teams to deliver assigned CEMLI components (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations).

- Apply Agile and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) best practices for project documentation, testing, and delivery.

- Analyze business requirements, assess technical impacts, and design PaaS-based scalable integration solutions.

- Lead and manage project delivery, including overseeing teams of 810 members.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior resources.

- Exposure to Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView tools is desirable.

- Maintain Oracle Cloud certifications, specifically Oracle Cloud OICS or Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) certification (mandatory).

Technical Skills & Experience :

- 48 years of experience in Oracle Cloud integration and customization projects using OICS, VBCS, PCS, ATP.

- Proven expertise in at least one Oracle business process: P2P, O2C, or R2R.

- Strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills.

- Experience with Visual Studio for development/customizations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).

- Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations (minimum 6 projects).

- Strong skills in analyzing business requirements and designing scalable cloud solutions.

- Good leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Exposure to Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView is a plus.

- Mandatory Oracle Cloud OICS or ODA certification.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Additional Oracle Cloud certifications are an advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
