- Act as the single source of truth for network, service, and resource inventory data to enable efficient and accurate service design, provisioning, and management.

- Manage end-to-end inventory including

- Physical resources such as routers, switches, cables.

- Logical resources including IP addresses, VLANs, circuits.

- Service inventory covering both customer-facing and resource-facing services.

- Handle converged services spanning fixed, mobile, IP, and cloud networks on a unified platform.

- Develop, customize, and maintain UIM Cartridges to model new products, services, and resources without modifying the core Oracle UIM system.

- Integrate Oracle UIM with OSS/BSS systems such as : Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) for provisioning workflows, CRM, billing, and network management platforms.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of network and service resources, including design, upgrades, expansions, migrations, and retirements.

- Utilize SOAP and REST-based Open APIs for seamless integration with external applications and systems.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and eliminate silos across all network and service inventory records.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity and support business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle UIM (Unified Inventory Management) in telecommunications, broadband, or cloud service provider sectors.

- Strong understanding of network inventory, resource management, and service inventory concepts.

- Proven expertise in developing and customizing UIM Cartridges.

- Experience integrating Oracle UIM with OSS/BSS systems such as Oracle OSM, CRM, and billing platforms.

- Proficient in working with SOAP and RESTful APIs for system integration.

- Solid knowledge of physical and logical network resource modeling.

- Familiarity with converged services and multi-technology networks.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with network migration, upgrade projects, and lifecycle management within large-scale telecom environments.

- Understanding of Oracles broader OSS/BSS ecosystem.

- Exposure to cloud-native network services and virtualization technologies.
