- Lead design and discovery workshops for Oracle CRM (Service Cloud) applications with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define and manage the overall archiving and decommissioning strategy for Oracle CRM systems.
- Oversee the extraction of Oracle CRM data and components for migration or archival, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth transition of CRM systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Service Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Drive and manage large-scale decommission or migration projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards during data extraction, archival, and migration.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud and CRM architecture.
- Proven experience leading CRM data migration, archival, or decommission projects.
- Expertise in Oracle CRM data extraction, archiving, and compliance processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred :
- Experience with cloud-based Oracle Service Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and data governance practices.
- Exposure to project management methodologies for large IT transformation programs.
