- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations in mid to large-scale projects across diverse industries.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, along with strong working knowledge of XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
- Strong functional configuration skills across core OTM modules, including :
- Shipment Planning & Execution.
- Freight Settlement.
- Sourcing.
- Fleet Management.
- Experience in B2B integrations, leveraging EDI and API standards and methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Proven team-building and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Experience in both development and support projects.
- Project management capabilities, including scheduling, monitoring, and risk handling.
- Strong solution design and system architecture knowledge.
- 3PL industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of other Order Management or Transportation Management Systems (advantageous).
- Educational background in Computer Science (preferred).
Role Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary lead for Customer Onboarding workstreams and drive collaboration across teams.
- Ensure adherence to standards across all onboarding projects.
- Perform Engagement Management (EM) activities for offshore teams and coordinate with nearshore PMs.
- Oversee and industrialize knowledge transition processes.
- Mentor junior team members to continuously upskill and enhance team capability.
- Delegate tasks effectively and resolve conflicts or dependencies across workstreams.
- Monitor Change Requests (CRs) and manage their scheduling and implementation.
