- 6 to 8 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.
- Design and configure Compensation Plans, Plan Components, Performance Measures, Rate Tables, and Pay Groups.
- Define enterprise archiving, decommission, and extraction strategy for Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Extract CRM and incentive data using Oracle REST/SOAP APIs with validation controls.
- Build crediting logic, settlement rules, payout structures, and dealer/vendor reconciliation.
- Monitor commission calculations and resolve discrepancies ensuring accurate & timely payouts.
- Develop OOTB and custom reports, dashboards, and audit extracts for compliance.
- Customize service requests and incentive objects using App Composer & Groovy scripting.
- Participate in discovery and design for Oracle Eloqua and CX/CRM applications.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, HR to align commission workflows.
- Provide production support within SLA governance and escalation frameworks.
- Prior Oracle Incentive Compensation / CX implementation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and auditability across incentive and CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain OOTB and custom reports, dashboards, and audit extracts to support compliance and business reporting.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to incentive compensation.
- Customize Service Requests and Incentive objects using Oracle App Composer.
- Develop extensions using Groovy scripting to meet business requirements.
- Participate in discovery, design, and implementation activities for Oracle Eloqua and Oracle CX/CRM applications.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR teams to align incentive workflows and business rules.
- Provide production support within defined SLA governance and escalation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring business continuity.
