Frontend Arts - Oracle Implementation Consultant - WIP/BOM Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead client-facing requirement gathering and design workshops to capture business needs and translate them into Oracle Maintenance solutions.

- Deliver end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for the Oracle Maintenance (EAM) module.

- Provide expert-level knowledge on Oracle Maintenance processes, capabilities, and best practices.

Define and manage integration points with other Oracle modules such as :

- Inventory (INV)

- Procurement (PO)

- Manufacturing (WIP/BOM)

- Work collaboratively with onsite architects, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and technical standards.

- Prepare functional documents, configuration guides, and test cases.

- Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and cutover planning.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Technical Skills Required :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud with specific focus on the Maintenance (EAM) module.

- Strong knowledge of Oracles Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes such as:

- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

- Asset Lifecycle Management

- Maintenance Schedules and Work Orders

- Maintenance BOMs and Routings

Experience in :

- Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules

- Functional setups and configurations of Oracle Maintenance

- Writing and reviewing MD050/MD070 documents

- Supporting integration testing, system testing, and UAT

- Understanding of integration frameworks/APIs used with Oracle modules

- Proficient in SQL, for data validation and troubleshooting (preferred)

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is a plus

- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle AIM Methodology, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools
