Frontend Arts - Oracle HCM/Cloud Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations focusing on OTL (Time & Labor), Core HR, and Absence modules.

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

- Manage and execute data migration activities including preparing, validating, and loading FBDI templates for bulk data migration from legacy systems.

- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of functional deliverables.

- Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during go-live and post-go-live activities.

- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

- Collaborate across multiple teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product enhancements, releases, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience.

Strong expertise in :

- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

- Core HR

- Absence Management

- Experience in 23 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

- Proficiency in FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for data migration activities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and interact confidently with business stakeholders and client teams.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Core HR, Absence, or OTL is a plus.

- Exposure to additional HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
