Key Responsibilities :


- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules to meet business requirements.


- Design and implement Fast Formulas for complex compensation calculations and eligibility processing.


- Integrate Workforce Compensation with other HR systems ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.


- Configure and maintain Benefit Programs and Plans, including life events, collapsing event rules, and eligibility criteria.


- Provide hands-on support during benefit enrollments, compensation cycles, and ACA reporting cycles.


- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.


- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ACA (Affordable Care Act) reporting.


- Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


- Provide support during critical payroll/compensation cycles and participate in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support.


- Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials for end users.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with focus on :


1. Workforce Compensation


2. Fusion Benefits


- Proficient in :


1. Writing and managing Fast Formulas


2. Benefit eligibility rules, life event triggers, and collapsing event configurations


- Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements and compliance processes.


- Experience with HR system integrations involving Workforce Compensation.


- Good understanding of SLA frameworks and experience supporting business-critical operations.


- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Workforce Compensation or Benefits (preferred).


- Exposure to other HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, or Payroll is a plus.


- Experience working in global support teams and Agile/Scrum environments.
