Key Responsibilities :


- Implementation & Configuration : Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and other related Supply Chain Planning modules.

- Customization : Customize Oracle Demand Planning to meet specific business requirements and align with planning processes.

- Data Integration : Manage data integration between Oracle and legacy or third-party business systems, ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of information.

- Testing & Support : Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after implementation. Deliver training and post-go-live support to end users and stakeholders.

- Best Practices & Thought Leadership : Recommend industry best practices for demand forecasting and planning. Provide expert guidance and thought leadership in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning functionalities.

- Business Analysis : Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis, translating them into scalable and efficient end-to-end demand and supply planning processes.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business users, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a strong focus on Demand Planning.

- Module Expertise : Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning Cloud, including key features like demand forecasting, statistical forecasting methods, and consensus forecasting.

- Integration : Hands-on experience with Oracle's integration tools and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.

- Data Management : Proficiency in data management, data cleansing, and data mapping for migration and integration.

- Methodology : Experience with implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method) and Agile/Scrum processes.

- Technical Skills : Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications : Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
