Frontend Arts - Oracle Fusion/SCM Consultant

Job Description :

- Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management to meet business needs.

- Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design, aligning functionalities with client objectives.

- Design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes with seamless integrations.

- Plan and execute testing strategies unit, integration, and UAT ensuring functional and performance compliance.

- Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver post-go-live support.

- Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of complex supply planning issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Business Users) to deliver scalable solutions.

- Apply best practices and recommend improvements in Unconstrained Supply Planning.

- Stay updated with Oracle SCP best practices, patches, and industry trends for continuous improvement.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and Demand Management modules to align with business objectives.

- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering, analysis, and translate these into scalable, effective supply planning solutions.

- Design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules and business systems.

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and performance.

- Deliver end-user training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and system stability.

- Provide ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex supply planning issues.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, and Business users to deliver aligned, scalable solutions.

- Apply industry best practices in Unconstrained Supply Planning and recommend continuous process improvements.

- Stay current with Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) updates, patches, and industry trends to drive innovation and optimize system performance.

- Manage stakeholder communications effectively and resolve challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
