Frontend Arts - Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Experience :

- 7 to 10 years total, 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Minimum 3 full life-cycle implementations (Core HR, Benefits).

Key Skills :

- Integration: HDL, Web Services, PaaS, 3rd Party.

- Expertise in Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Auto-Completion Rules, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, Redwood.

- Strong knowledge of Security, Historical Data Migration.

- Documentation: AS-IS, Technical Specs, Test Scenarios, SOPs.

- Test case writing & UAT coordination.

- Cloud implementations, upgrades, maintenance.

- Coexistence with ERP (Oracle eBiz) added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Global client experience (US preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Core HR and Benefits.

- Participate in minimum 3 full life-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.

- Support cloud implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate HR requirements into effective system solutions.

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulae, Auto-Completion Rules, and Personalizations.

- Design and support Data Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, dashboards, and Redwood UI components.

- Manage historical data migration using HDL and other Oracle-recommended tools.

- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion HCM security, including roles, privileges, and data access controls.

- Design and support integrations using HDL, Web Services, PaaS, and third-party integration tools.

- Manage interfaces with external systems and third-party vendors.

- Support coexistence environments with Oracle E-Business Suite (eBiz) where applicable.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including AS-IS processes, technical design documents, SOPs, and test scenarios.

- Write and execute test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
