Key Responsibilities :


Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including but not limited to :

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Cash Management

- Fixed Assets

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

- Design functional solutions and lead configuration activities in Oracle Fusion Financials.

- Perform data migration from legacy financial systems and ensure smooth transition to Fusion applications.

- Integrate Fusion Financials with other enterprise applications such as CRM, HRMS, and third-party systems.

- Utilize Oracle Application Composer for functional customization and extensions.

- Develop and execute test plans, perform system validation, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

- Provide end-user training, create functional documentation, and deliver post-implementation support.

- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth ongoing operations of the financial applications.

- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates, releases, and best practices to continuously improve the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.

- In-depth knowledge of core financial modules : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.

Hands-on experience with :

- Functional configuration

- Oracle Application Composer

- Data migration and validations

- System integrations (SOAP/REST, FBDI, Web Services)

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Effective communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification is a plus.

- Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

- Experience working in global support environments.
