Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Data Model / EDMCS Consultant with strong experience in enterprise data modeling and financial systems. T

he ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Fusion ERP modules and Enterprise Data Management to support reporting, planning, and data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with Oracle Fusion ERP data models such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, or SCM

- Design and maintain enterprise data models including OLTP, OLAP, and dimensional models

- Implement and manage EDM/EDMCS solutions for hierarchy management and master data governance

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize data structures for reporting and analytics

- Support financial reporting, consolidation, and planning models

- Ensure accurate data integration, consistency, and governance across systems

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in at least one Oracle Fusion ERP module (Financials / Procurement / Projects / SCM)

- Experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM/EDMCS)

Strong understanding of :

- OLTP & OLAP systems

- Dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas)

- Data hierarchies and structures

Knowledge of financial processes, including :

- Financial reporting

- Consolidation logic

- Budgeting & planning

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in data go vernance frameworks

- Exposure to Oracle EPM / Hyperion tools

- Understanding of business workflows across finance and operations
