Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and manage Oracle Cloud integrations and customizations using OICS, VBCS, PCS, and ATP.

- Lead and contribute to a minimum of 6 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

- Develop scalable solutions adhering to cloud architecture and framework best practices.

- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in at least one Oracle business process such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R).

- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code; strong experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging.

- Collaborate effectively with onshore/client teams, ensuring timely delivery of CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localization, and Integrations) components.

- Analyze business requirements, assess impacts, and design Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) based solutions.

- Manage projects independently, overseeing teams of 810 members and ensuring delivery excellence.

- Follow Agile and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for project documentation, development, and delivery.

- Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations and customizations.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of OICS, VBCS, PCS, ATP technologies.

- Mandatory experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Visual Studio.

- Strong expertise in VBCS scripting, JavaScript, Redwood implementation, VBCS Business Object modeling, REST services.

- Experience working with Oracle Fusion business processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.

- Familiarity with Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView is a plus.

- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud PaaS.

- Oracle Cloud OICS or Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) certification is mandatory.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for software delivery.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with JavaScript development for enhancing VBCS applications.

- Knowledge of Redwood UX framework and implementing user-friendly interfaces.

- Prior experience managing mid-sized technical teams (8 to 10 members) and delivering complex cloud projects.

- Optional: Advanced PL/SQL development and optimization skills.
