Frontend Arts - Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications, focusing on EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and EPCM.

- Develop and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, application forms, and complex business rules to support business processes.

- Collaborate closely with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to drive effective planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.

- Perform functional administration, troubleshoot issues, and apply enhancements to Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

- Understand dependencies and relationships across EPM Cloud components to ensure seamless integration within the broader financial ecosystem.

- Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation for processes and system configurations.

- Keep abreast of the Oracle EPM Cloud roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and improve existing processes.

- Provide expert support during system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

- Expertise in EPBCS modules : Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and EPCM.

- Experience developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and managing complex business rules.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Ability to perform functional administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven experience engaging and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Python scripting for automation or data processing.

- Familiarity with AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
