Frontend Arts - IBM Maximo Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules including Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, and others to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports to streamline business processes.

- Perform Maximo system administration tasks such as user setup, security group management, domain configuration, and scheduling cron jobs.

- Participate in Maximo implementations, system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities.

- Integrate Maximo with external systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

- Write and maintain Java, SQL, and scripting code (JavaScript, Jython) for customizations and automation.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Maximo solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions for end-users.

- Support cloud-based deployments of IBM Maximo Application Suite on platforms like AWS and Azure (preferred).

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong expertise in Maximo module configuration and customization.

- Proficiency in Java, SQL, JavaScript, and Jython scripting.

- Experience with Maximo workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reporting.

- Solid understanding of Maximo system administration and security.

- Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, and web services integration.

- Exposure to cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS/Azure) is a plus.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- IBM Maximo certification is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
