Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud within Oracle ERP environments.

- Provide deep functional expertise in Subscription setup, billing, lifecycle management, and associated business processes.

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and map business needs to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.

- Facilitate design workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.

- Develop and maintain detailed functional design documents, system configurations, and comprehensive test scripts.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams including onshore and offshore resources to ensure smooth project execution and successful Go-Live.

- Lead and manage at least two end-to-end Oracle Subscription Management Cloud implementations, delivering quality and timely outcomes.

- Possess strong understanding of Subscription Data Model, SaaS extensions including Groovy scripting, Algorithms, and Application Composer.

- Support integrations leveraging REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other middleware solutions.

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Proven track record in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud implementation and support.

- Strong expertise in subscription lifecycle processes including subscription setup, billing, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.

- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.

- Proficient in preparing functional design documents and configuring Oracle Cloud ERP modules.

- Knowledge of SaaS extensions such as Groovy, Application Composer, and algorithm development.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integration tools (Oracle Integration Cloud preferred).

- Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or related field.

- Oracle Cloud certifications related to Subscription Management or ERP.

- Experience working in Agile project delivery environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
