Job Description :

Experience :

- Overall 8 to 10 years of experience in the IT profession & 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle SaaS Cloud RCM (Risk and Compliance Management).

- Prior to Oracle RCM Cloud experience, if Consultant would have worked on Sys Admin, Roles and Responsibilities or Financial Modules of Oracle E-business Suite will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of Risk Management, Advanced access Control, Advanced Financials Controls and Financials Reporting Controls.

- Should have good knowledge to define and configure security, segregation of duty (SoD) and continuous monitoring controls.

- Experience with other GRC tools such as Sailpoint or Saviynt will be preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communications skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements related to risk and compliance.

- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Risk Management solutions including Advanced Controls, Financial Reporting Compliance, and Access Certification.

- Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle EBS).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve functional and technical issues.

- Support audit and compliance initiatives by configuring controls and workflows.

- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
