Frontend Arts - Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS Module

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the SME for Oracle Project Accounting within Oracle EBS R12, providing expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Lead workshops and meetings with customers to gather and analyze business requirements related to Project Accounting.

- Design and propose effective, scalable Oracle Project Accounting solutions aligned with business needs.

- Collaborate with technical teams, including EBS developers, to ensure smooth integration and customization (CEMLI) support where applicable.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues related to Project Accounting modules.

- Engage stakeholders across all levels with clear and effective communication, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven expertise as a functional consultant or SME in Oracle Project Accounting.

- Experience in conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Good to have experience in Oracle EBS technical development (CEMLI) and support.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
