Frontend Architect - React.js/TypeScript

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10+ Years (with strong expertise in Frontend architecture)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the frontend architecture strategy, standards, and best practices for large-scale web applications.

- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance React.js applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.

- Establish reusable UI component libraries and ensure consistency across applications.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security with best-in-class frontend practices.

- Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Research and adopt modern frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep the stack up to date.

- Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on technical decisions and delivery milestones.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 5+ years in React.js.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Context API.

- Hands-on experience with frontend architecture, design patterns, and modular code structures.

- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with performance tuning, optimization techniques, and accessibility (WCAG standards).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.), and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and micro-frontend architectures is a strong plus.

- Strong understanding of security best practices in frontend development.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
