About the Role :

As the Frontend Architect, you will lead the technical direction and delivery of our entire user experience. This role is focused on standardizing our frontend development process, defining the architecture for performance, accessibility, and maintainability across multiple product lines using the modern React ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the core frontend architecture and technology stack, standardizing on React and a framework like Next.js for optimal performance (SSR/SSG).

- Lead the design and development of a scalable, documented Design System and component library using Storybook to ensure UI consistency and development efficiency.

- Establish best practices for global state management (Redux Toolkit/Zustand), asynchronous data fetching, and API interaction (especially GraphQL).

- Champion web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG standards), and SEO best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor senior developers, and guide the team on advanced TypeScript and component testing (React Testing Library).

Technical Skills Required:

- Architect-level experience with React.js and its modern ecosystem (Hooks, Context, Suspense).

- Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS-in-JS solutions.

- Proven ability to design and build a centralized Design System.

- Strong experience with a full-stack React framework like Next.js or Remix.

- Proficiency with GraphQL for efficient data retrieval
