Frontend Architect - React.js/Next.js

Role Description :

We are looking for a Frontend Architect with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture to build high-performing, scalable web applications. The role involves transforming traditional frontend systems into micro-frontend and microservices-based architectures, with a strong focus on performance, web vitals, and scalability.

Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend modernization initiatives, including micro-frontend architecture

- Work on Magento frontend transformation and decoupling into scalable frontend services

- Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals, performance, and SEO

- Implement internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) best practices

- Design and maintain frontend CI/CD pipelines and build processes

- Collaborate with backend teams on API design and integration

- Implement monitoring and observability using APM tools (New Relic, Sentry, etc.)

- Ensure code quality through testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress

- Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions

- Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in React.js and Next.js

- Solid understanding of Magento frontend architecture

- Experience with micro-frontends and modular frontend systems

- Performance optimization and web vitals expertise

- Experience with Redux / MobX or similar state management

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools

- Experience with APM tools (New Relic, Sentry)

- Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration

- Exposure to cloud or serverless frontend deployments

- Experience with Jest, Cypress, or similar testing tools
