Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect with expertise in React, a basic understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and a proven ability to provide technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and designing scalable, efficient frontend architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and robust frontend solutions using React.

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring code quality and high performance standards.

- Provide end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend developers, UI/UX designers, project managers) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure frontend components integrate seamlessly with AEM and other backend technologies.

- Perform code reviews, testing, and optimization to maintain best practices.

- Stay current with industry trends, ensuring the adoption of modern technologies and practices.

- Work on responsive and adaptive design to ensure optimal user experiences across all devices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in React, Next.js, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Understanding of Tailwind CSS for efficient styling and design.

- Basic knowledge of AEM and its integration with frontend technologies.

- Familiarity with GraphQL for API integration.

- Proven experience in providing technical solutions and driving architecture decisions.

- Excellent understanding of frontend architecture design patterns and best practices.

- Understanding of microfrontend architecture for building modular and scalable frontend applications.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design.

- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel), and modern workflows.

- Familiarity with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and cloud platforms.

Preferred :

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
