Fraud Management Application Specialist - Falcon

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and gather requirements for fraud management solutions.

- Design, develop, and document functional and non-functional requirements with clearly defined acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with technology leads to architect robust system integration workflows and ensure scalability and efficiency in fraud prevention mechanisms.

- Lead or support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of FICO Falcon Fraud Management systems.

- Perform business and data analysis to identify fraud trends, system optimization opportunities, and potential areas of risk.

- Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to align on solution

expectations and delivery.

- Maintain agile documentation and backlog management using JIRA and ensure timely

updates to stakeholders.

- Support system testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment issue resolution as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of total experience, with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in FICO Falcon implementation, customization, or support.

- Strong knowledge and working experience in Fraud Detection and Prevention within the financial domain.

- Proficient in PL/SQL and comfortable working with large-scale transactional databases.

- Exposure to business analysis processes, with the ability to derive actionable insights and define solution roadmaps.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful information for the team.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Experience in banking, payments, or digital financial services would be an plus.
