About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled Frappe ERPNext Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing ERPNext applications using the Frappe framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable ERP solutions tailored to business needs.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.


- Create custom Doctypes, Modules, Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows in ERPNext.


- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems and APIs.


- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth system performance.


- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


- Optimize ERPNext performance and enhance user experience.


- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.


- Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.


- Knowledge of MySQL / MariaDB and database design.


- Experience in creating and customizing Reports, Print Formats, and Workflows.


- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and REST APIs.


- Understanding of ERP functional domains like Accounts, HR, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.


- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.


- Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.


Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :


- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).


- Contribution to the Frappe/ERPNext open-source community.


- Experience with Agile development practices.


- Exposure to mobile app integration with ERPNext.


Education :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent experience.
