About the Department:

The Technology Quality Assurance team delivers enterprise-wide testing services that help ensure reliable, high-quality technology solutions across the organization. The team combines functional, automation, performance, and data testing expertise and works collaboratively within an Agile delivery model. With an automation-first approach and growing adoption of AI-enabled quality practices, team members support web, mobile, Application Programming Interface (API), and data platforms while building modern testing capabilities and advancing their technical skills.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute functional and automation tests.

- Support web, mobile, data, and API testing initiatives.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks.

- Create test scenarios and acceptance tests.

- Perform performance test scripting and execution.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries.

- Validate software quality throughout development.

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Apply AI-enabled testing practices.

- Use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

- Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs.

- Identify testing opportunities across platforms.

Team & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with developers, testers, and deployment teams.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

- Manage and track defects to resolution.

- Document test outcomes and technical findings.

- Support issue investigation and root-cause analysis.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role:

Experience, Education & Certifications:

- 5 - 8 years of software testing experience.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience in financial services or investment banking is preferred.

- Exposure to data quality solutions is beneficial.

Technical Skills:

- Strong automation testing experience.

- Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or Codecept.js.

- Experience with Python or JavaScript testing frameworks.

- Experience in API, data, and performance testing.

- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.

- Knowledge of LoadRunner or JMeter.

- Familiarity with ICEDQ and quality engineering practices.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles.
