Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FPGA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of complex digital systems using FPGAs, with a strong emphasis on HAPS prototyping platforms.


You will collaborate closely with RTL designers, verification engineers, and system architects to bring cutting-edge products to market. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our products, ensuring a superior user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement complex digital logic designs in RTL (Verilog/VHDL) for FPGA-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.

- Perform FPGA synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis to meet performance requirements and ensure design closure.

- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans to validate FPGA designs, identifying and resolving bugs efficiently.

- Integrate and debug FPGA designs on HAPS prototyping platforms, working closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues related to FPGA designs, utilizing advanced debugging techniques and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.

- Document design specifications, verification plans, and test results to maintain a clear and comprehensive record of the development process.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in RTL design using Verilog or VHDL, showcasing the ability to create efficient and reliable digital logic circuits.

- Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex FPGA-based systems, highlighting strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Deep understanding of FPGA architectures and design flows, including synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis.

- Experience with HAPS prototyping platforms is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
