FPGA Architect - Embedded System

Job Title : Embedded Bare Metal FPGA Architect

Location : C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore

Experience : 10+ years (with proven architecture and hands-on expertise)

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize Bare Metal firmware in Embedded C

- Lead FPGA design & development, including logic design, synthesis, and validation

- Work with Xilinx Vitis for application and firmware development

- Ensure compliance with MISRA C and, where applicable, DO-178C standards

- Drive device driver development and integration for protocols : I2C, SGMII, UART, SPI

- Implement security features : authentication, certificates, encryption/decryption

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and debugging

- Utilize QT for GUI-related embedded applications where required

- Review, optimize, and mentor the team on embedded and FPGA best practices

Mandatory Skills :

- Bare Metal Embedded Development

- Firmware Development

- Xilinx MPSoC (ZCU106/ZCU104)

- Embedded C

- Xilinx Vitis

Desirable Skills :

- C++ and ARM architecture

- Protocols : I2C, SPI, UART, SGMII

- MISRA C, DO-178C compliance

- Security implementation in embedded systems

Qualifications :

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
