Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst at FourthPointer Services, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to identify trends, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and build automated reporting structures. Your daily contributions will directly influence how our clients perceive their performance metrics, enabling them to make informed, data-backed decisions that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights for internal and client-facing projects.

- Design and maintain automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and streamline reporting workflows for stakeholders.

- Develop interactive dashboards and visual representations of data to simplify complex information for non-technical leadership teams.

- Perform deep-dive diagnostic analysis to identify root causes of performance fluctuations and suggest data-driven improvements.

- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to refine data collection methods and improve the overall quality of the analytical ecosystem.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases.

- Utilize Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and automating repetitive analytical tasks.

- Exhibit advanced expertise in Excel for financial modeling, data validation, and ad-hoc reporting.

- Create compelling data visualizations and business intelligence reports using Power BI and Tableau.

- Possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a data-centric role, with a strong grasp of statistical analysis and data modeling.

- Communicate technical findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on business objectives.

- Adapt quickly to the fast-paced, on-site work environment at our Noida office, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
