Airawath is building a next-generation consumer experience that blends AI-driven personalization, intelligent recommendations, creative automation, and modern celebration workflows. We're on a mission to redefine how people discover meaningful gifts, create invitations, and connect through technology.

We are hiring our Founding Software Engineers someone who is exceptional, product-driven, and excited to build modern consumer applications from the ground up.

This role is ideal for engineers who love ownership, move fast, think deeply, and want to help shape an ambitious AI-first product.

What You Will Build :

You will work directly with the founder and CTO to build core components of the Airawath platform :

1. AI/ML Personalization & Recommendation Systems :

- Semantic search & embeddings

- Gift recommendation logic

- Ranking & personalization algorithms

- LLM-driven conversational flows

- AI-assisted user profiling

2. Consumer Features (Web/Mobile) :

- E-invitation templates & workflows

- Social-style interactions (feeds, interests, sharing)

- Event & celebration flows

- User dashboards, preferences, and onboarding

3. Creative Graphic Automation :

- Template generation engines

- Prompt design generation

- Canvas rendering (Fabric.js / WebGL)

- Dynamic design tools & interactive editors

- Lottie/SVG asset manipulation

4. Backend, API & Cloud Architecture :

- Python-based APIs (FastAPI/Django)

- Event-driven architecture

- Optimized database models

- AWS deployment & infra

- Scalable, clean service design

- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable features end to end.

You dont need to have done all of this before but you must be capable, motivated, and excited to build at a high standard.

Required Technical Skills :

You must be strong in most of the following :

AI/ML + Data :

- Experience with recommendation systems, embeddings, ranking models

- LLM integration (OpenAI/Anthropic/HuggingFace)

- Vector search (Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / FAISS)

- Semantic search & personalization logic

Backend (Python) :

- Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask)

- Building high-quality APIs

- Authentication, user flows, session management

- Event-driven services, queues (Redis/Kafka optional)

- AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch)

Frontend (React) :

- React.js / Next.js

- Component-level design

- Responsive UI

- Strong UX intuition

- Pixel-perfect implementation

Creative Automation (Bonus) :

Experience in at least one is a strong plus :

- HTML5 Canvas

- WebGL

- Fabric.js / Konva.js

- Lottie animations

- SVG pipelines

- Generative design tools

- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed top tech institution

- Experience building AI-powered consumer apps

- Exposure to design tools, creative automation, or visual editors

Compensation :

Salary : Competitive & based on experience (?1218 LPA)

Equity : Offered as part of the founding team (will be discussed after a year of journey)

Experience : 36 years preferred

Role : Full-time, core engineering team

Probation : Standard 90-day evaluation period
