Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Own the technical and product architecture of CarSight OS - the full operating system product vision and unified, AI-native technical design.

- Translate business requirements from the Founder directly into deep engineering specifications and scalable data micro-services.

- Lead, grow, and mentor the India technology hub engineering team from 3 to 12 engineers within the next 12 months, setting high-performance review processes and quality frameworks.

- Act as a true player-coach: write code, review code, catch what junior engineers miss, and design for large-scale targets (50k+ DAU, 10M+ monthly events, 100k+ leads/month).

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8+ years of core software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading an engineering team of 5 or more developers.

- Proven track record of architecting, building, and shipping production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platforms from scratch.

- Deep full-stack technical capability across Node.js microservices, Next.js/React, PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and the full AWS infrastructure stack.

- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex architectural problems into clear commercial outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
