The Role :
You will be an early engineering hire, working directly with the CTO as a full-stack engineer across the platform. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will ship features that clinicians will use in real workflows.
What You Will Build :
- End-to-end product experiences across the web application : capture, review, edit, generate, export
- Production-grade .NET Core APIs : background jobs, orchestration, reliability patterns, multi-tenant data isolation
- PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, query optimization, and data pipeline work
- Integration with downstream healthcare systems (EHR exports, FHIR, workflow automation)
- Azure infrastructure : App Services, Key Vault, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
- Performance and reliability improvements that make the product feel instant and polished
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Own feature slices end-to-end : UI, API, database, edge cases, rollout, and verification
- Turn ambiguous requirements into shipped product with minimal back-and-forth
- Build robust engineering patterns : retries, idempotency, audit logging, safe rollouts
- Contribute to code quality through PR reviews, refactoring, and targeted test coverage
- Participate in architecture decisionsyour input will shape the platform
How We Work :
We use AI-assisted development extensively (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to compress delivery timelines. This is not a conventional corporate engineering pace. We expect founder-level urgency, rapid delivery, and high ownership. You will be measured by shipped outcomes, not hours logged or activity metrics.
Tech Stack :
Frontend : Angular 18, TypeScript, PrimeNG
Backend : ASP.NET Core 8, C#, Entity Framework Core
Database : PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, optimization)
Cloud : Azure (App Services, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Cloudflare)
AI/ML : Azure OpenAI (multimodal LLM workflows), speech-to-text, structured extraction
Healthcare : SMART-on-FHIR, HL7 FHIR R4
DevOps : GitHub, CI/CD, Playwright (E2E testing)
